Guy’s Thatched Hamlet and Owd Nell’s Cricket Clubs
Our Canalside cricket ground with its all weather wicket and thatched cricket pavilion is the home for our Boddington’s Village Cricket League Teams. Founded in 1994 our two teams play on Wednesday evenings during the summer competing against local rivals from 6.30pm. Cricket packages are available and enjoyed throughout the summer months.

There is nothing better than enjoying a day bowling next to the Lancaster canal. Our 47m by 45m crown green accommodates teams in the Over Wyre, Longridge Mixed and Preston Floodlit Leagues. We have a great selection of bowling packages to suit all pockets.
Set in rural surroundings by the side of the Lancaster Canal, Guy's bowling green is s positively delightful way to spend your day. Whether it's a corporate event, club completion or a friendly game, our thatched pavilion with its fully stocked bar is the ideal venue for all your needs.
